WTF is this?
Who is the biggest bully in your life? One response chosen at random will win an Amazon Kindle. [contest details] (sponsored by )

What a stupid question! Because ANYONE who ever at one point in their life was a victim of bullying will gladly think "Oh, gee, yes. Wait a second, who was the biggest arsehole in my life? The one that made me want to hurt - or even kill - someone/myself the most?". Yes, that's truly a great memory to have.
And it's a great idea to bring all those memories and pains up unbidden.
It's an even better idea to invite a ton of fuckwits to think up a story of how they are/were bullied because it's a contest.
No matter how great your life now might be the memories and the pain don't go away, they're just waiting in the back of your mind to come back out and nag you. Being bullied is not just a 'state of mind' that passes, it's a wound that's done to the soul.

“It has been said, 'time heals all wounds.' I do not agree. The wounds remain. In time, the mind, protecting its sanity, covers them with scar tissue and the pain lessens. But it is never gone.”

Yeah, I've never been impressed with Writer's Block and this is certainly not one of their finer moments.

Although I was tempted to answer with 'Me - I am my own worst bully.'

'Cause that's what happens when you feel bullied as a youth. As you grow older others stop bullying you but you've already internalised all that negative talk :(

I've developed plenty of perspective and I don't feel now like I was especially bullied - kids torment one another as a matter of course. So wherever it came from I bully myself now. And it doesn't work any better now than it ever did D:
