Doctor Who?
Not scary. I'm sorry, but maybe it's just me loving the dark? I can't think of anything more perfect than walking home in a dark park/wood. Irrationally not afraid of the dark.
Still, not scared of shadows!
And some of the things were pretty obvious (statues, e.g., or the thing that happened to the one guy in a suit). Steven, you've had better episodes. Two-parters are obviously hard on everyone...

The end of Blink still scares the crap out of me, no matter how many times I have seen it. Its just unnerving.

And in The Empty Child and The Doctor Dances, I was absolutely chilled to the bone. Seriously creeped out. I remember being almost embarressed about being creeped out by Doctor Who.

I love the dark too, and I need it to sleep, but there is always a creeping sensation at the back of my neck that someone else is there. While it wasnt as creepy as the others, It was still freaky. Moffatt is awesome.

He is awesome, but it's not as scary as it was made out to be. Also, very predictable. I mean, statues and saved and stuff. Since we know the Doctor and Donna are real, the girl-with-the-library-in-her-head was interesting, but not too puzzling.
Then there was angst and angst³²... Blink was definitely better because we all know one sonic screwdriver can already be a deus ex machina, now what about two and a person knowing about the Doctor's future?
Best thing was the humorous bits. I'm not particularly thrilled about how it's going on, I have to say.
